Lookup request for marriage details

Happy New Year!

Grateful if someone could do a marriage lookup for me.

The bride was born c 1938 and is deceased (1973) and is buried in Waimairi cemetery, Christchurch.
I know the surname only of the bridegroom and he is likely to still be alive.
Seeking other details and year of marriage.  Place likely to be Christchurch.

I have checked electoral rolls but have not found the bridegrooms name.

If able to assist please send a PM to me and I will provide the bride's name and bridegroom's surname.

When I get a chance I will look for further information in the library re the marriage & full name. Unless another Rootschatter has earlier access to these details.........
