Blimey that was quick, thanks Bookbox and conahy calling. Edward had an older brother james,who was buried on the same day as Edward, so I'm guessing they both had scarlet fever ( I dont have the other DC yet). Sadly a year later another brother George died and five months after that their mum Fanny died.
i had been thinking maybe it was a Cholera outbreak that had killed them.
