James Durward (policeman)

Hello ,
Would it be possible if someone can be kind enough to do a look up for me ,if they have access to newspapers please ?, i'd be really greatful & appreciate it .
 
 The article  is in Forfar Herald 29th May 1931.......about James Durward (policeman) born in Newlands...his father was James Durward (farmer with the uncle William ley)

                            The other article  is in The Scotsman 14th Feb 1938
 about James Durward (former policeman in Edinburgh) died age 97, in  Montrose

I don't have access to either of those, but there is this death notice in the Dundee Courier, Saturday,  Feb. 12, 1938

"DURWARD - At 26 Bents Road, Montrose, on 11th February 1938, James Durward retired sergeant of Edinburgh City Police, in his 97th year. Funeral private."
