Ann Green bapt. abt 1845ish Elmsett, Suufolk (married Geo Ribbons)

Hi All,

I have an Ann Green who marries George W Ribbons 1868 In Rushmere St.Andrew (Anc..y search). George dies in 1872 and Ann re-marries a James Bloomfield, same place in 1873 (ex anc..y).

According to the 1871 census Ann Ribbons is aged 26 born Elmsett.
In 1881 Ann Bloomfield is now aged 34 still born Elmsett and
in 1891 Ann is still only 39 born Elmsett.

I'm having trouble in finding who Ann's parents were and her place of baptism.

She could be the Ann, aged 9,  in the 1861 census for Belstead with parents Robert & Sarah Green.

Can anyone help please?

FreeBMD has her as Anne Green, and him as Ribbans

There is a birth for an Ann Green, Cosford Registration District, which includes Elmsett, December qtr, 1848. Mothers maiden name Neville. If she married in 1868 I would think it a better match than a later birth date.
     Going back to 1844 there is an Ann Maria Green, March qtr, 1844, Cosford. Mothers maiden name Lilley.
