Definition of Behinder at http://doot.spub.co.uk/code.php?value=178 - it's someone in a steel (etc) rolling mill.

I too thought the address looked like Tan y reol, but I'm not familiar with either Cadoxton-juxta-Neath or the Welsh language.
Researching among others:
Bartle, Bilton, Bingley, Campbell, Craven, Emmott, Harcourt, Hirst, Kellet(t), Kennedy,
Meaburn, Mennile/Meynell, Metcalf(e), Palliser, Robinson, Rutter, Shipley, Stow, Wilkinson

Hello there Pompey Welsh,

I think the address is possibly "Tan-y-rhiw" - this is on the current OS map, and looks like a farm about 2 km north of Cilfrew. There were tinplate works in Cilfrew  (2 km) and in Aberdulais (about 4 km).

I only just stumbled across your question - sorry for delayed reply.
Regards, TAHMV
