Looking for The Croft, Entry Hill, BATH
« on: Thursday 06 February 20 21:52 GMT (UK) »
Hello chatters, I'm looking for the home of Alfred Coldicott who was at The Croft, Frome Rd., Bath in 1959 when he died. In 1939 his address was 1 The Croft, Entry Hill, Bath. I have searched for the location of The Croft but to no avail. Can anyone tell me where this used to be please? Thank you in anticipation. Irene

The Croft was in Frome Road Odd Down (Combe Down for Postal Address purposes) and between 1959 and 1964 was renumbered as far as I can see from Kelly's Directory to 132 Frome Road. I have a feeling that it may have been re-numbered again in Old Frome Road but will check that out the next time I am in Bath.
Hope this helps.
