Wanting to know how, when & where my 3 x great grandad got from UK to Australia

My 3 x Great grandad travelled from UK to Australia.

HI name Joshua John Wheelerbreed in the UK BUT in Australia it was shortened to Wheeler
Sometimes just went under Joshua

Born London, England Nov 10 1816
Christened/Baptised ST MARY WHITECHAPEL,STEPNEY,LONDON,ENGLAND Apr 6 1817

Parents :Father's Name: John Wheelerbreed Mother's Name: Kezia Citation "England Births and Christenings, 1538-1975," database,

He came to Australia

Now I am presuming directly to South Australia as he married Ann Mahone/Mahony in
WHEELER Joshua, Ann MAHONY married 1851-05-24 at Church, Kooringa, SOuth Australia aged 30, 21

I have exhausted all that I can think of but can't find how he got here.
His parents died in England - so did not come with them

I notice that Joshua was baptised on the same day as his siblings: Elizabeth Mary, b Nov 27 1812, and Aaron John b, 14 November, 1814.

Did any of his siblings come to Australia?

There is a record in Britain, merchant seamen, 1835-1857 for a
Register Ticket 386217
Joshua John Wheeler
Born: 10 Nov 1814 at Whitechapel, Middlesex
He is listed as "seaman', Height 5 ft 3, brown hair, lt blue eyes, fresh complexion.
First went to sea as a boy in 1833
Cannot write.
When unemployed lives at Hounsditch
Aged 33, when ticketed
Record dated: London, 15 July, 1847

Further along this record there are columns for the years 1845 to 1854.
Unfortunately they are very discoloured and very difficult to read.  The first entry for Joshua is in 1847 and I cannot understand what is written in the column for 1847 but in the column for 1848 there are a couple of words which I cannot read but I'm  99% sure that the word "Adelaide" is there.  There is a line under this entry and there are no further entries in this record for this chap.

Doesn't help with when he came to Australia, (looking to see if I could place him in UK in any of the census) but I wonder if this is his family in Worley Court, St Botolph Aldgate in 1861? (transcribed as WHEELERBREAD)

There is every possibility that this is him??
But now it seems I may have a predicament??

This fits in perfectly as he has a brother John and another wonderful person has written me something in regards too being a seaman and this fits in as well

Maybe they are one in the Same?? As both fits in??

In answer to your first question.
Yes they all three christened on same day.
Maybe something done back then??

From what I am seeing I think he is the only one that came to Australia as there were 5 children. Two I know did not, Joshua definitely did and the other 2 I am not sure at present but I am going to possibly say no.

 I never gave a merchant seaman a thought so thank you for thinking of tis.

I certainly think they are one in the same person and I see you think this as well.

I am very grateful for this and appreciate someone can do this so quickly. I spent nearly all day.

I do think they are same people and obviously that is where the journey stopped.
I will try to find the link you are talking about and try to have a look.

I know nothing about merchant seaman and I am certainly going to do some reading on this.
