Mitchell Library - closure (for now!)

just noticed on Mitchell's facebook page the library and all services are closed due to ongoing situation. Have to re-arrange my plans for today .. oh well.

 South Lanarkshire Leisure is also closed.
Includes all SLC libraries and museums

Stay safe Monica it is not an easy time especially if you are self-isolating.

Here in Edinburgh all the Libraries are closed including the National Library on George 1V Bridge.

Everything open to the public is truly shut now isn't it. Only online research is possible for now.

We are very lucky to have access to online records and help from rootschat. 

Hopefully, if we all do as we are asked, things will be open again.
