Isabella Olive HARDING birth was registered Sept qtr 1904 at Isle of Wight (2b/603) with mother's maiden name SIBBICK.
There is a Henry George HARDING on the same page of the marriage register with Harriett Louisa SIBBICK Sept qtr 1903 at Isle of Wight (2b/1248) so this looks like a likely marriage.

Modified to add:
Harriett Louisa Jane HARDING (29, Isle of Wight) and Isabella Olive HARDING (6, Isle of Wight) in the 1911 census:
GBC/1911/RG14/03123/0229/5

Henry George HARDING (33, Lymington, Hampshire) in 1911 (at the same barracks)
GBC/1911/RG14/03123/0218/25

This appears to be the family in 1901 at Newport:

George Harding     48    Gillingham, Dorsetshire  (cattleman on farm)
Mary Harding         45    Wincanton, Somersetshire
Edward Harding    18    Newport, Isle Of Wight   (carter on farm)

Frank Harding       12     Newport, Isle Of Wight
Winnie Harding    10     Newport, Isle Of Wight

Can't easily see Henry George in 1901, will keep looking.

There is a family tree on familysearch (not always very accurate) which has Henry George HARDING died Oct 1917, Ieper, West Flanders, Belgium.

There is also a Henry George HARDING in a list of Army Honours and Promotions  in the Daily Telegraph, Friday,  Jan. 14, 1916, however the copy I can see is very blurred. I can't really read it, but it appears to Hampshire after his name.

So, I have this picture and written on the back is "Mother & Dad, best love from son Eric. aldershot 20/12/41. Group of staff duties. course 48" as far as I can make out!

Perhaps it might help some of you or might be a picture of one of your relatives!

My great grandfather is Eric Robinson, bottom row 4th from the left.

Question 1: Is there any way I can find out more information about him from this? I don't know anything about the military or researching it..

Service records after 1920 are still with the MOD and not available online
https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/requests-for-personal-data-and-service-records

You will need his death certificate unless he died when still serving and the cost is £30

Step one - follow Rosie's advice.  The photo is almost certainly of a group of Royal Army Service Corps clerks doing part of their training - you don't need that info or his service number for your application.

Lieutenant Henry George Harding Military Cross of 1st Battalion Hampshire Regiment aged 40 was killed in action 4 Oct 1917.  He has no known grave and is commemorated on the Tyne Cot memorial.  He was married to Harriet Louisa Harding of Brookville, 46 Green Road, Southsea, Hampshire.

This would seem to be the man identified by maddys52 - wife's name and age are right.  The honour found by maddys52 is likely to have been the MC won by him before he was commissioned when he was Sergeant Major but published after he became an officer.  The London Gazette 14 Jan 1916 refers.

The 1911 census adds up also, this was 1st Battalion Hampshires in Aldershot.  He was a Colour Sergeant then and had been a regular soldier since about the later part of 1894.

Airslie - if you are content that this is the man you are searching for then there is more to be found but it would help for you to come back first to save nugatory effort.
