Johanna power full age Widow.  Father Patrick Phelan.

Looks like Phelan to me.

Now there is a marriage of a Johanna Whelan to an Edmond power in 1918. But this is after the marriage to the CHEASTY.

And father is edmond Whelan.

There is death in Ballylee of a Johanna Phelan in 1954. Only 37
Relatives
Mr and Mrs Joseph Phelan parents
brothers and sister named
Mrs R. Cheasty aunt, Patrick and Jeffrey Cheasty cousins.

So looks like Johanna had a brother Joseph.

There is a birth of a Johanna Whelan to a Patrick Whelan and Johanna Coffey in Kilmacthomas Reg in 1878
