A family "reunion" has got to be top priority followed by hopefully getting our daughter's July wedding back on track.

Hair cuts? Why on earth should that be a problem - ok I will admit it, I wish that I could say that it was a problem for me; hair envy is a terrible affliction!

Other than hugging everyone in my family...

I really miss going to church on Sundays.  Not so much for the services, as I can always get them on YouTube, but for the fellowship and friendship that is there.

I also miss singing/practices with my church choir.  We are only a small group, but too large to meet the current guidelines, and several are over 70, or have parents who are, so not worth the risk.

Also really miss my other hobby - playing steel drum (steel pan) with the band!  We were planning to record a CD of Christmas music this year, but that's out the window now.  Oh well.

And finally, I'm longing for our Canadian weather to get warm enough to sit out on my balcony!

Cheers all

Hugging our daughters and the grandsons.
A proper haircut - I've trimmed my own as I have short hair and can't stand it being longer.
A trip to the sea, any beach will do for some fresh sea air - I really miss not being able to walk there.
A pub meal.
Choir.

Family - yes,oh yes!
Retail therapy -yes!
Starting the process of getting a dog-yes!
Opening mail as soon as it arrives ,not waiting a couple of days.
Church with its friendship and company.
Visiting someone who played a big part in my happy childhood.
So much, BUT ,just had a reminder on TV of other even more stressful times.
Someone walking the Yorkshire  Wolds, and goes underground to a  Nuclear  bunker!
Remember those times? This by comparison is very frightening because it is happening, but it is being dealt with .
Yes there are many fatalities, but had that happened ,total oblivion most probably .
So it will take time but I feel confident we will get through it.
Hope everyone is well and can get at least the basics .
Cheerio folks.
Viktoria.

Being near another human being. Hugging my friends. Going out for a drink with them and talking about all sorts of things unrelated to Covid19. Going on holiday. Browsing for new clothes and having somewhere to go where I can show them off. Going to my art and Pilates classes. Going back to buying my newspaper on a Saturday. Doing my own grocery shopping. Most importantly, staying healthy.

Seeing our daughter and grandchildren in real life to give them a hug and for grandpa to be the tickle monster.

Seeing all our other family and friends and hoping that they and there's have survived this pandemic.

Going out when we want to and be able to walk where we like.

Not having to worry about visiting a hospital as my OH desperately needs to have tests for a heart problem which have been put on hold.

Have my hair cut and roots coloured! I know that seems trivial but it's part of who you are and your self esteem.

Hi

We set up a "Familly Group" on F-book, so we get to post absolutely anything we care to..
G-children post term/exam results, what they did +ive ( and -tive )etc, etc, etc.
So we don't lose contact.. Famly or friends.

Still use messages/Zoom/Skype/Facebook/& Fones

Chess over Zoom with 13yo g-son.
So lots of plus-points out of this.

Still can't wait to "hug-a-pal"

Gosh, everything we took for granted before all this and cherish them even more. That is all of the above and some!!.
Freedom  to do what we want, when we want, is a precious thing and when it's restricted that's when we realise how lucky we actually are.

Have a meal with our son, go and see our daughter who lives a couple of hours drive away from us, and go on holiday.
