On page 69 of the marriage register entry 137 is dated 13 Dec 1858 and is followed by entry 138 dated 14 Oct 1859. As this was a moderately busy church there would usually be several marriages in this time. Does anybody know a reason for this gap ? and, if the church were closed for repairs or restoration, where would the parishioners have been wed ?
