Restore and Colour Tait Family Children Roxburghshire.
« on: Sunday 26 April 20 05:48 BST (UK) »
I would really love something done with these two old photos. My sister Ann is the big girl. When she passed away about six years ago her daughter my niece scanned the photo of the one with the pram and sent it to me. Would it look better with the pram removed ? The other photo I have and scanned at 600 DPI.The blonde girl is me . I do not remember  who the girl in the middle is.This was my first day at school. Our  school blazers were navy blue.   I would greatly appreciate any help  .
Thank you,
Norma.

First day at school, I can remember wearing sandals like the girl on the right, must have had lots of pairs over the years, I used to have metal buckles to fasten them, not buttons like on the photo, it's the only type of shoe I remember wearing, must have been others of course.

Is it possible for you to scan this photo at a higher DPI, there is no detail showing, see  close up. With a better scan you will get a lot better result.

I forgot to add I removed the little girl you did not know, hope that's alright.  :-\
