No nearer to solving the puzzle, but the way "land" in written in Ireland, England & 'Conanland', they are all the same, but the letter 'n' in Conan is not the same, so I think it definitely reads as something else, but I can't decide what.......

As this latest document appears to be in the same hand as that of the marriage registration, it would be good if another printout could be obtained in the handwriting of a different registrar.
