Here is link to the Newfoundland records, including Parish Records. You will need to look through the parish records for each district seperately. They are apparently not indexed. You might also find so ething in the Vital Statistics Records section. Records may also be available through the familysearch website.

Hi again...

From Ances...y, image available there...

Anne Jane Milligan
Baptized 14 Apr 1857 at Carrickfergus, Antrim, Ireland
Parents Michael Milligan and Ellen Kennedy
From: Ireland, Catholic Parish Registers, 1655-1915

Also from Ances...y with images but also apparently available through the FamilySearch website....

Elizabeth Mary
Baptized 22 Aug 1844 at St John's Newfoundland
Parents Michael Milligen and Elon Kenedy

Ellenor Margret (as the record shows)
Baptized 24 Mar 1850 at St John's Newfoundland
Parents Michael Miligan and Ellen Kenedy

Both of these records from: Newfoundland, Church Records, 1793-1899

Michael John should (technically) appear in the records between Elizabeth and Ellenor but isn't showing at Ances...y. You might find him going page by page between the 2. Or you might find him on the FamilySearch website.

A tree on Ances...y has a birth date of 05 Aug 1853 in St John's Newfoundland for a William Patrick Marmaduke Milligan with the same parents BUT there is no source for the date so caution with this one. You might find him at FamilySearch also. He doesn't seem to show on Ances...y.

There doesn't appear to be a marriage record for Michael and Ellen showing on Ances...y but you might find it on FamilySearch in the record set related to Ellenor's baptism (noted above).

PB

P.S. I forgot to mention that if you don't have an Ancestry sub you might check with your local public library (when it reopens) if they subscribe to Ancestry Library Edition which would give you access to the records. FamilySearch is free to use.

I was trying to determine in which church they were baptised in St. John's as the records are unclear.  She was baptized by Thos. O'Connor and I found this (as his holdings in the archives in Newfoundland):

Thomas O'Connor (1813-1884), Catholic priest, was born in Ireland in 1813. His brother, Rev. John O'Connor, also served in Newfoundland. Rev. Thomas O'Connor died at Portugal Cove on 23 June 1884.

O'Connor was ordained a priest in 1834. He was invited to the the Vicariate Apostolic of Newfoundland by Michael Anthony Fleming (circa 1834) and he remained in Newfoundland for 50 years. Rev. O'Connor served as curate in the parish at Harbour Grace (1834-1842), Holy Trinity Parish, Ferryland (1842-1845) and in the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist Parish, St. John's.

In 1845, Rev. O'Connor was appointed the parish priest of Holy Rosary Parish, Portugal Cove, and ministered there until 1884. O'Connor also acted as Vicar General of the Diocese of St. John's from 1868 to 1884. He was known as a strong advocate of temperance and supported the work of the Total Abstinence and Benefit Society.
