Shropshire Ghost Stories book - query
« on: Monday 22 August 05 23:14 BST (UK) »
Hi there,
Does some kind person possibly have a copy of
"SOME GHOSTLY TALES OF SHROPSHIRE" by Christine McCarthy ??
I would be most interested to know what it says about a place called "Hall Close, Alveley"
This was a place I often visited as a child and I knew the ghost story - but tried to remember it the other day, and could'nt remember a thing !

Any help much appreciated

Why dont you try to give it a mention on the
Shropshire board.

I know about Lancashire Folklore/Legends
but nothing about this part of the world.

Also what about your local Library?

Dont know if living in a haunted house would be
 8) or  :o .

But I suppose it would never be dull.
