Arthur Chignell and Elizabeth Rattigan

Arthur Kent Chignell married Elizabeth Rattigan some time between 1910, when he was in Papua but based in Sydney, and 1915 when he was back in England.  I can't find a marriage in England so I assume he married in Australia.  Can anyone trace the marriage, please?
