I'm sorry but does any off this confirm that my Ann Wright/Taylor was daughter of John and Letitia. And why can't I find Letitia going backwards. It's so puzzling.

That VERY much depends on when and where " your" girl was born.
You don't seem to give anything from age at marriage nor age/ birthplace from after marriage census.
All census look up transcriptions are Crown Copyright http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/

Your initial question was about Letitia, not about Ann!

Ann's birthplace is given as Sulgrave, in the 1871 Census. Her maiden name is Wright, and her father is John on her marriage, when she was said to be "of Culworth". One of the witnesses at her wedding was Eleanor Wright.

I don't think you are going to get anything better than that.

As an update Iv had time to take on what help recieved on here and using the tanner marriage it ties in with a fourth cousin through ancestry dna so again thank you very much.
