passenger lists for Saxonia

I am inquiring if there is any way to obtain passenger lists for the Saxonia? My uncle's name was William Joseph Mann. He was born in March 1908 in Ipswich England. I'm assuming he departed from Southampton England and I think he arrived in Quebec Canada. I do not have a definite date of arrival but I think it was between 1959-1963. He was never married. Sorry I don't have more definite dates. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it.. I've tried searching through Canada but they  will not release any info. Thanks again

Uk outward passengers list on Ancestry has this
William Mann date of birth 21/3/1908
Occupation Lab Worker ( single )
Address in UK 17,Blanche Street Ipswich
Departure Southampton 8/1/1960
Destination Halifax Canada
Ship Saxonia
