Susan Chambers

I am trying to establish the parents of a woman named Susan/Susanna Chambers who married Edward Chambers on 19 November 1601 in Wootton, Kent.

So far I have found two candidates

Susanna Chambers christened 16 May 1577 in Denton, nr Wootton - daughter of Edward and Mary

Susan Chambers christened 10 May 1577 in Coldred - daughter of Edward and Ann

Annoyingly I've found several trees online, some of which show the first of these ladies as being the one who married Robert, and some which show that the Ann who married Robert is the second one.

Can anyone offer any ideas or solutions? I've tried to see if either Ann died but can't find a burial yet.
