I have a marriage in Cork Cathedral St Marys 25th May 1895 Patrick Halloran Full age Dublin Street Cork. Father Michael Halloran deceased. Mary Ann Burns Minor Dublin Street Father Daniel Burns deceased.
I cannot locate a birth record for Patrick Halloran with father Michael having looked on irish genealogy site & would appreciate any assistance. The Halloran family were mostly located in the Blackpool area of Cork City. Thank you

Have you got him in the 1901 Census, what age is he there and does his birthplace say city or county.

I'm not having any luck either, his birth may not have been registered but he should have been baptised somewhere. I'm guessing you have checked the city baptism registers.
It might be worth getting the marriage from the church, it may have the mother's name.
