Hi All,
Raymond Kelsey Damschen died 22 May 1993 Hawthorne Ca. Where's his will ?

Yes folks we are on the hunt for a will or at very least probate....

Raymond was 76 when he died....He was divorced in 1968 after 11 years of marriage with no children in the U.S...….. How will I find his will...
I can tell you that the LA SUPERIOR COURT does not have a record...where else can I look ?

Its over to you....

From the Internet:

Notarization is not required in California to make your will legal. Some states allow you to make your will “self-proving” by signing a special affidavit in front of a notary that accompanies the will. However, California allows your will to be self-proved without a self-proving affidavit. As long as you sign and witness your will correctly, your will does not have to be proved to the probate court, and there’s no need to make a self-proving affidavit. Cal. Prob. Code § 6113.

I could not understand the above but it may help with your problem.

Thanks Guys.... I know if the value of the estate is less than $150,000 it does not need to be proved.
