William and Mary Ann Brown ( Sheen )

I am hoping someone maybe able to looked the death records for Mary Ann Brown who I believe to be buried at All Saints cemetery in Stansfield Suffolk. She died on the 18 Feb 1871. Mary's husband was William - he remarried and came to New Zealand.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is this the Mary Ann Brown you mean as I can't see another in March qtr 1871 in Suffolk.

Maybe he remarried fast and was gone before the 1871 census

This is their marriage, I am not seeing any birth registrations for children of the marriage in Suffolk

Mercy and her father are in Depden in 1871 so it looks as though that burial is correct

Wow you guys are great. All the above information is correct. I didn't know where she was buried but it looks like its St. Mary's. Do you think St Mary would have any further information regarding her burial. 
Regarding William, he did remarry quickly. He and his daughter arrived in New Zealand in 1872 with his new wife and her two children (one of which died on route).

I do have another question that you maybe able to help with.  I can not find any reference to Mary Ann parents. I have looked in Find my Past and Ancestry, GRO and FreeBMD. Can you suggest anywhere else. Ag ain thank you so much for your help.  Kai Kaha - stay strong

A baptism indexed at Hawkedon in 1838 of Mary Anne, parents Samuel and Jemima Shynn.

Marriage cert to William Brown will give father's name.

I do have her marriage cert. to William and her fathers name is Samuel but his surname is spelled Sheen.  Could this be the same person. here's hoping. Thanks so much.

If it says Samuel was her father then I think it looks promising. It is quite likely that you will see variant spellings of a name like this, it may be that Sheen is going to be a less common one? Hence the uncertainty as to Mary's identity.
