PharmaT, I'm not surprised you lost your temper, particularly as it wasn't even your neighbour but a friend of your neighbour. You're absolutely NOT lazy for not starting on the garden. Your anxiety is palpable from your posts and I'm concerned for you that at the rate you are going you could end up having some sort of breakdown. You don't have to answer this but have you had any help with your anxiety levels? If not then perhaps you should seek some out. I mean this kindly, it's difficult to put into words but I hope that's how it has come across.

I was appalled at the behaviour shown at the weekend too, Louisa Maud.

Not much to report from my Sunday.  Got 2 buses to work.  Went on RootsChat en route.  Worked 12 hour shift then 2 buses back.  Got in just before midnight.

(Just waiting now for my second bus for another 12 hour shift.  Finished a late back shift yesterday, getting in at midnight,  and have had to get up 5 am today to start all over again.  So tired already .. can't wait for a day off.). Sometimes I feel like my life is no easier than my ancestors lives were.

RTL, such a punishing shift pattern!
I found it hard enough getting home after 10 p.m. and up at 05:30 for back to back, though the early to late was worth it.
And nights are SO cruel unless you can sleep well.

You are probably correct that at present it isn't much better conditions than your ancestors had, and all I can offer is my sympathy, but you can't eat that.

Hope you have a good leave pattern?
