Date the lady help, please! Leicestershire Regiment bandsman

I'm a volunteer researcher for the Leicestershire Regiment and someone has submitted a photo of an unknown Leicestershire Regiment bandsman, hoping that we can name him.  One way for us to try to narrow it down is to have some sort of idea when the photo was taken. 

I'm not expecting anyone to be able to date the photo from his uniform, but I wondered if there might be any date clues from the lady (e.g. hat, dress, hairstyle) that might help, please?
