My great great grandmother was baptised in
Yaxley Suffolk in 1820   her father is listed as William hall mother sarah is there anyway of finding out her mothers maiden name

The Yaxley records (on CD from Suffolk FHS) reveal nothing more than you already know with no sign of a marriage. The only additional info listed is that he was a "gentleman", plus the bapts. of Eliza 1824 & Sarah 1821

I see you have a tree on Ancy.. with a lot more detail.
One of the census you list says Sarah was from Bromsgrove in Herefordshire and that William was of "ind" suggesting independent means.
Have you tried the Hereford forum to see if the marriage took place there.

On F/Search there are at least 3 marriages  (between 1810 & 1821) with a Sarah -
Lloyd, Wittingham & Nash 1815 1818 & 1811 all could be relevant.
