Miranda ( pomeroy or green )

Hi

I wonder if someone can help me find the person above

I am trying to discover who the parents of

Miranda ( pomeroy or green ) who her parents were

She apparently was born Nov 1824 possibly charleston Vermont

To
And supposedly married a William green born in kettleston Norfolk England 1823 ish

They again supposedly emigrated to Vermont USA in 1837 where he met miranda

I believe they had about 10 children

Please help if anyone can

You haven't given any sources for anything- 'apparently' and 'supposedly' according to what or who?

A simple search on Family Search (which you could easily check yourself) shows a William Green born England and wife Miranda born Mar.1824 in Vermont living in Vermont in 1900- married c1844 & had 10 children-

Derby is just south of the Quebec border so not that close to Ryegate where they were living in 1900-

I'm very doubtful that Miranda was born in Vermont then got married in England and returned to Vermont.

If you use Family Search and look for Miranda Pomeroy, Vermont there are records for children.

Didn't intend to be so unsure  she was born in Vermont and married a William green 1844 in Vermont

This is how my cousin told it to me in a message on email from Canada
