Lymphangitis ?

per a web search: Lymphangitis is an infection of the lymph vessels (channels). It is a complication of some bacterial infections

It sounds not at all nice - I think it's cancer of kidneys which seems to  have spread to lungs and lymph, leading to pulmonary oedema (fluid on lungs).
