"The (Roman numerals) days of either November or December, John Shergoll the son of Henrie Shergoll and his wife of Wedhampton..... and i cannot read a single word from the rest of the paragraph. Please can someone help.

I should think 'the pestilence beinge then at Newton' means that there was an outbreak of disease/pestilence in the parish of Newton, so they asked for the child to be baptised at Great Wishford instead.
