Death look up please

Joseph Thomas Brown 1849-1925 Bristol, married Caroline Burley in 1867.  Joseph remarries in 1899 to Ellen Mason in Bath.  Can only find 1 death registration for Caroline which is in 1917 Bristol.  So either Joseph committed bigamy or I have the wrong death year for Caroline.  There is a death in 1899 but wrong age out by 20 years Caroline was born in 1845.  Also I cannot find her in 1911.

Any help would be appreciated

She was 46 in 1891
