There are a couple of articles in British Newspapers ~late 1940s regarding William Henry FISH of "Homeleigh" Bushy Ruff.

“... Rural Council, caused by the resignation of Mr. G. W. Wallace, the Alkham representative, was that of Mr. William Henry Fish, " Homeleigh," Bushy Ruff. Mr. Fish is thus returned unopposed, and becomes a member of the Rural Council as well as of the Dover ...”

I have discovered that he was Mayor of Dover from 1949 to 1953 and was a JP.
