Meaning of discharge location

On a workhouse record in 1923 the location of Mother is listed as HUC Institution, is this the Hackney workhouse or asylum. On other records it has stated workhouse, this is the first one with institution on.

You don't tell us which workhouse they were being discharged from

The child was being discharged from Homerton, Hackney to cottage homes and it gives the mothers location as HUC Institution.
