Can anyone help me find John Barber who married Martha Kittle In Yarmouth 1852?

Hi,

I don’t have much information more than the title. They married in 1852 and had a daughter Selina Elizabeth in 1855 born in Denmark and a son George born in 1857 in Somerleyton, Suffolk. Martha dies in Somerleyton in 1859 and is a widow when she dies. I have ordered the marriage certificate so am waiting for that. But I can’t find any trace of John Barber at all.

If Martha died as a widow then the below is a contender for John's death, this being the same registration district that George Robert Alexander-mothers maiden name Kittle and a birth that you may not have.

Just for info, both George & his sister Sarah Elizabeth were both baptised the same day as adults  29th November 1874 Martham Norfolk, Parents John & Martha (does not mention they are deceased).

Thanks. I think it must be that John because he is in Somerleyton where Martha is from. And yes I have the birth of their son George Robert Alexander.

Is this the John Barber b Thurlston and visiting in Somerleyton in 1851??

If so I think he can be found in later census

or is it a different John found in Somerleyton in 1851

I now think that is the wrong John. I think that one married a Harriet Maria Guyton in 1861.
