He died 17 April 1980 at Hawthorn Victoria Australia, doesn't his death certificate give his parents names?

This birth registration comes close Stanley J B Durrell mother maiden name Durrell registered 1923
Havant, Hampshire.

The area in Hampshire  was North Hayling

Attempting to trace ancestors in UK
On birth registration no father's name appears..

The registration district of Havant includes Hayling.

Perhaps he preferred to be called John rather than Stanley
