Baker of Willenhall

We have recently found out that the mother of Harriet Taylor was Louisa Baker and have even managed to find Louisa with her Parents George Baker and Harriot  (Starkey) on the 1841 census but by the 1851 census we find the children distributed among family members all over the place. We then found a death for George Baker in 1849 in Willenhall but have been unable to find a death for Harriot although we were able to find a burial in 1849 in Willenhall so why can't we find a death? There was also a death for one of their children the same year. We jnow in 1849 in Willenhall there was a cholera epidemic and soon after we found a reference to the Bakers being taken care of (presumably the children). We are struggling with both Baker and Starkey in Willenhall so any help would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance M x

1841 does not state that George/Harriet were born Willenhall just that they were born Staffs.

They married as I am sure you know Wolverhampton so may have been born nearer there.

Is this the Death Reg for George?

The burial of Harriet in Willenhall is on Sept 7th. There are 13 burials that day, and the same number on the 8th
Perhaps her paper work was just lost in the chaos. I don’t see the registration either.
