How do you know he died in 1913.
Austin, Ayling, Alborough, Bescoby, Cheal, Groom,Rathbone,Tarboton,Lyell and Smith.

Thank you. That also lets me know that she was born in South Africa and that Warwick had already died.
1913 not too long after they had married, and still in the Durban area. Looks like he was intent on staying.

I think he died in 1949 :

Warwick Albert Dicker b 1872 died 19 Jan 1949 Durban , Inanda , Natal.

Badly worded message! I wrote the 2nd part while you were giving me the info about the land that he was buying. I should have stated again and re written it. Sorry for the confusion. He was about 12 yrs younger than Violet so possibly died around 1950 at a guess.
Another message just arrived - thank you to Christine - my guess wasn't far wrong!
