Searching again for records on Elizabeth Budge 1713 her burial 1735 then Henry Budge married a Susannah Griffon in 1736. I have searched Find my past and Ancestry with no luck, don't know where to search.

Henry Budge married a Susannah Griffon in 1736.

Whoever he was, he seems to have left a will dated 27 Nov 1740
Proved in the Archdeaconry of Huntingdon in 1741

Thanks for your help, I have the CD of Godmanchester I need to search again, I also have Elizabeth Budge written down as she was a widow when she married Henry Budge, I can't get to Family Search here.
