Mabel -- these details are contained in 'Grave Registers' - as Milliepede says - they are, or were held by each Church.
Just bear in mind though, that if the graveyard is now closed for burials, the records may just be at the local archives. Sometimes they are like gold dust, as I am not sure that all survived.
I transcribed some for my local history society - they were very interesting, as they included details of who first purchased that plot - how deep it was etc.
Good luck in locating them - the church, if it still exists (and sadly many don't) is your first port of call.
