Ive also got a note of a GRO consular marriage 1936-1940 of an Albert F Sharpe marrying an Irene Emmanuel in Cairo, egypt, but it all gets a bit confusing as my great uncle was Albert Fred and then he had a son Albert Frederick.

just had the marriage certificate through the post! my great uncle's (Albert Fred Sharpe) first wife died in 1937 and he re married Irene Emmanuel in January 1938.  got it all there now in black and white.
