It’s on a birth certificate as place of birth 1930s

Nothing showing for that address (house name) on the valuation rolls on www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk

It may be that the property shows as a street name rather than house name? Why not try searching for the father's name in Dunning and see what shows?

Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.

My thought too Forfarian...

There are more than 10 (I stopped counting) Farms in Dunning RD in 1930 i.e. a bit vague without a name.

What was the occupation of the father on the BC?
