So we need to find a marriage for an Arthur Frost with a father John William.

Where do you have Arthur in 1911 and 1939, could you please give details from both entries

 Kgarrad I don't have the  will,I am only stating that Arthur Frost was something to do with the the probate of his father John in 1942 Just cannot find them(family) in 1911 cencus

Seem to be school records for the Frost children, Rhuddlan National School, including Arthur, born 1896.

Assuming that the 1901 census is the correct entry:

Arthur Frost - birth registered Dorchester RD - September q 1896 - mmn = Dean

Winifred Frost - birth registered Dorchester RD - December q 1900 - mmn = Dean
Isabel Frost - birth registered Dorchester RD - December q 1900 - mmn = Dean

Marriage - June quarter 1888 - Farnham RD - John William Frost and Mary Dean appear on the same page.

Several of the Frosts married at Rhuddlan, Arthur not among them.
There is a Frost birth registered in Dec 1939, St Asaph, mother Rogers.
Could that be connected?
A marriage, is it worth investigating?

Haven't found her in the free index to 1939
Don't know of course if it is the same person.
