Help finding a mother

Hi, hubs gt gt uncle David Moore married Ada Huggins in wimbledon 1898,it says on marriage record father is George Huggins, stonemason(deceased).
We have found Ada in 1901 & 1911 census,. In 1901 she's in Norfolk with her daughter Elsie(David isn't with them) and she says she was born in 1871 in Marylebone.
In 1911 she's with David and her children in Wymondham, Norfolk, saying born 1871 in Middlesex.
In 1939 register her dob is 05 Dec 1870,she is with David in Norfolk.
I have found a possible birth in 1871 Q1, with mmn "Prentice".
Can anyone help us find anymore I for abiut her please? We haven't been able I find a marriage of a Prentice to a Huggins or Ada anytime before she married David.

Have you looked for Ada with parents i.e. George as a stonemason in 1871/1881/1891 census'?

What was the address on the marriage for Ada & who were witnesses which may help in your search?

I suspect she's the student in 1881 and the servant in 1891.

Her address was 24 Thornton Road, Wimbledon, at time of her marriage
Witness were M H Hollings and Georgina moore(David's sister).
Pauline I saw them but am just not sure??

There is a marriage on FreeBMD for George Higgins to a Prentice.

The marriage is viewable on Ancestry and he is a Mason.

Surname is changed from Huggins to Higgins for both George and his father.
