Hi all Can anyone help clean this picture up of my Cousin Elizabeth Parnell and her Daughter Cecelia sadly both gone now and its the only photo we appear to have of her,

and when it's put through a special facial filter. Note that the faces become over-sharp but the rest of the pic remains as the original restored version.
