Joseph William And Drusilla Bell formely Fall

This couple went to Canada in 1923 with teir 2 children. I have their information going their, Joseph died 25 July 1923 and Drusilla died 14 March 1925. They were all born in England i have all that information. What i can't find is when, how and who would have brought the children back to England. The oldest child was Born in 1911 the 2nd child 1914 and the third child in 1916. I have all the children exact date of birth.
I hope i haven't put too much information in.

As the children are now deceased it's ok to put their full names and birthdates in your post so we can see what info can be found

They married in 1897 but son Edgar b 1902 died same year. 

No more children until James Stephen b 1911 Skipton died 2002 Barnsley

The arrival form says they were going to brother/brother in law/uncle James H Bell. Eriksdale Manitoba so it would be likely that one of that family would have brought the children back.
Sadly not all the UK return passenger lists survived.

Outward bound passenger list - family under BALL. Last UK address Old Saw Mills Gargrave.
Departure 6 December 1923 - bound for St Johns New Brunswick on the Montclare.

Joseph Ball - 49 - Wheelwright.
Drusilla Ball - 43
James Ball - 11
Marjorie Ball - 9
Lucy Jane Ball - 6
