Denis Shine, Buttevant Cork Ireland

Hi all im new to this. I am looking at researching a Denis Shine born possibly about 1820s in Cork. I do know he married Mary Norreys/Norris in 1846 in Buttevant. The details on Roots Ireland do not list any parents names. They had a daughter called Nora who married Martin Flaherty in 1888.
Im really struggling with this one and have hit brick walls. If anyone has any further suggestions please offer as I feel like im looking for the invisible man.

There is one possible RC baptism entry for Denis (source Catholic Parish Registers, 1655-1915):

Baptism 17 May 1818
Place Cork Ballyclough
Diocese Cloyne

There is another one, a bit older, baptized on 19th February 1815 in Cork, parents John Shine and Honora Fitzgibbons  (from irishgenealogy.ie)

Hi. I'm also researching this tree. I note that according to one family tree on ancestry .co.uk the parents of Denis Shine are John Shine and Norry Callahan as per the above record (with no records for the parents).
