Is anyone able to do a look up for me for a wedding in Jan-Mar 1923 in Southampton?   

The groom was Spencer / Stewart McNeil, and the bride was Janet Scott. 

I am particularly looking for Janet Scott's parent's names if recorded.

I can't see the marriage cert online but notice that Janet was listed as Janet Hinds on one of their trips aboard

If you buy some credits for Scotlands People, you can look up the birth registration of Janet in 1901 to obtain the names of her parents. It should also tell you when & where they were married.

From the 1901 census in Hamilton, a Janet, age 0. I think her parents may be John, age 31 & Elizabeth, age 30.

There is marriage in 1893 of a John Scott to an Elizabeth Shank Gemmell in Hamilton.

Cannot be sure & depends if Janet was born before or after the census.
