Occupation in the 1939 Register as P A C ?

Can anybody help please!!in the 1939 register,under the occupation heading are the letters P A C relep???has anybody any idea what this means,grateful for any answers,thanks

"Off the top of my head" I have no idea what PAC means - but can you give me a name so that I can look for myself. 
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
Remember - "They'll be found when they want to be found" !!!
