I think 'Clive' is 'Olive'.  There is only the one entry and the O does not look like that clergy's C's

Yes this is the right family

It seems odd that she called herself Fanny Whiteley in 1933 having married a White in 1919.

She is White on electoral rolls, with husband George W White, plus her son and daughter both correctly listed as Whiteley.

However, if there is no father on Constance's birth certificate as you said earlier, then George Whiteley cannot be her father and would explain why he's not with the family in 1911.
