George Barratt born 1827 Middlesex

Hi - I wonder if anyone can help me with this please.
I am looking for any information on George Barratt born 1827 Middlesex.  I have found him on Family Search in the 1841 Census with his family at St John the Evangelist, Westminster - father George Frederick Barratt, mother Jane Barratt, daughter Jane Barratt and others.  I cannot find his birth or where he was before or after 1841,  He is not the George Barratt connected to the sweet factory.
I think his father, also George Barratt, died in 1842 as he was not mentioned in 1851 Census and neither is son George. 
I cannot find any other information on father George Barratt either except the 1841 Census - I think he was born around 1800-1803.
Any help would be most appreciated.

Where was his mother Jane in 1851, please give details

possible baptism at St Mary le Strand 22 May 1825 for George Frederick Barratt son of George, smith, and Jane of 41 Stanhope Street. Date of birth noted as 24 April 1825. George was a coachsmith on the 1841 census.
