Have you checked GRO online to see if any other Morton children were born with mmn Baker in Wrexham?

https://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/Login.asp

How do you know his parents names?  Do you have his birth cert?  You don't give his full middle name which was Arthur

Ada may have been previously married so may not have married as Baker.

Perhaps you could contact via Ancestry the person who has his birth, marriage & death certs scanned in giving his full birthdate etc

I'd be a bit wary of the Ancestry tree. The marriage cert from 1930 shows father deceased, but the tree links to a George who is still alive in 1939.
